From the second your order is placed we’ll update you once it’s printed and shipped. Return and Exchange Policy
If there’s a problem with your order and you’d like to return or exchange your item, please contact our Customer Support Team at 1-802-468-7499, or email email@example.com. We accept returns or exchanges within 90 days of a product’s purchase.
Our Customer Support Team will provide directions on how to return your product, and where to drop it off nearby. While sending products back is only rarely necessary, GoodPrints.com will accept your return for 90 days.
We process refunds within 7 days of receiving your returned product (if necessary), or 7 days after your initial request (if a return is not needed). Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or via a paper check, at GoodPrints.com’s discretion. It may take up to 7-10 business days after our Customer Support Team issues a refund for it to appear in your account.
